FAA Operation Over People Waiver Approved
NEPA Drone is authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to conduct approved operations over people using the DJI Avata 2 under an FAA-issued waiver.
This authorization allows for expanded operational capabilities during certain events, promotional activities, and aerial video projects while maintaining strict safety standards and compliance with FAA regulations.
Combined with FAA Part 107 certification, professional liability insurance, and years of public safety drone experience, NEPA Drone provides clients with a level of professionalism and operational capability that sets us apart.

About Me...
I am a certified FAA Commercial UAS Pilot Certification 3970139 with years of flight experience and full insurance coverage. I am also a member of the FAA Safety Team and serve as a DronePro, remaining actively involved in aviation safety, regulatory compliance, and continued professional development.
In addition to running NEPA Drone, I proudly serve as a Police Officer and Drone Pilot for the Blakely Police Department in Pennsylvania. I also serve as a Drone Pilot and Negotiator for the Lackawanna County SWAT Team, where I operate in critical incidents and high risk situations.
My background in public service gives me a unique advantage in drone operations, especially when responding to emergencies and high pressure environments. With a degree in Business Management and a specialization in digital and social media marketing, I combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to deliver professional, reliable, and innovative aerial services.
At the core of my work, I use drones not simply as equipment, but as tools that enhance safety, provide perspective, and create lasting value for both public service and private clients.
